Build 332 - Refresh Only
Minor cosmetic changes.
Font caption now shows the font as defined in the style definition
Removed Refresh right-click menu
Re-enabling multi-select for sorts.
Changed caption for Req Folders in Request Manager to simply say Folders.
Added support for hitting Del and Insert in Selected List boxes in Data Items and Sort.
Fix for displaying output grids. If the items don't require a scrollbar, it won't show. There are still some visual glitches here being worked on.
Fixed another problem when changing file name.
